Just Talk Law Member Terms
Named membership. Each membership applies only to the named solicitor profile(s) approved on that account. Free, Individual Professional and Full Member Individual memberships each include one named legal professional; Law Firm includes up to ten; Full Firm is for firms with ten or more named solicitor profiles. Membership access must not be shared beyond the approved entitlement.
Individual Professional membership. Individual Professional is £55 per month on a 12-payment membership term (£660 total) or £540 when paid annually, saving £120 a year. It includes one named professional, up to four selected practice areas and England & Wales coverage. Full Member Individual is £75 per month on a 12-payment membership term (£900 total) or £810 when paid annually, saving £90 a year, and adds all selected practice areas plus priority positioning and priority opportunity access. Monthly payments must be collected automatically on the member’s billing date; the monthly option is not offered at checkout until recurring billing is enabled. Practice areas, named solicitor identity and regulatory details cannot be changed without prior approval from Just Talk Law.
Consultations booked against an Individual profile must normally be conducted by the named solicitor. Other solicitors at the firm require their own licensed seat or an appropriate multi-solicitor membership.
Just Talk Law provides the platform, client journey, matching and introduction service. Clients contact members directly. Any consultation, its fee and payment, client checks, engagement terms and all subsequent legal work are arranged directly between the client and the solicitor or firm. Just Talk Law does not collect consultation fees and takes no commission on consultations or subsequent legal work; members pay only their membership fee.
Solicitors and firms remain solely responsible for professional legal advice, regulatory compliance, conflicts, client care, insurance and the legal services they provide. Just Talk Law does not supervise or accept responsibility for professional advice given by a member solicitor.
Membership is subject to verification and approval. Just Talk Law may suspend or withdraw access where an account is shared, used to promote unlicensed solicitors, or otherwise used outside the membership entitlement.
